Who You Are
* You’re qualified to Level 3 Personal Trainer (or higher).
* You genuinely care about people — this isn’t “just a job” for you.
* You believe that movement is medicine — especially as we age.
* You’re just as passionate about mobility, balance & strength as you are about sets & reps.
* You’re patient, encouraging & able to explain things clearly without jargon.
* You know how to make people feel safe, seen & supported — whether they’re complete beginners or have been training for years.
* You are passionate about learning & continual development & regularly read, listen to podcasts & attend seminars, courses & training.
*Bonus points if you have experience working with the over 50s or in corrective exercise, but we’re happy to provide extra training for the right person.
*Bonus points if you have qualifications & experience teaching group classes such as Indoor Cycling, Kettlebells, Stretch etc
Important note: We are looking for someone very special to bring into this small, tight knit business to help us grow & develop over the next 5 - 10 years & beyond. This role is NOT for someone who wants to work on a ‘side-hustle’ or build a personal business on the side. We are looking for 100% commitment & a degree of flexibility & we will reciprocate. We want to help the ideal team member to grow, develop & take on additional responsibility (& reward) as we build together.
